When you have mice living under your roof, then it’s almost similar to having a thief walking around your premises. You will never know just when the mice will attack you and rip-off your belongings. So much like a thief. Rip-off is perhaps the apt word to describe what the mice do to our things. They rip-off our food, thing and stuff — and not necessary in that order. They destroy things that are dear to us and sometimes irreplaceable. The moment mice steps into your house, they spell nothing but trouble. The sad part of it is that we are high-and-dry against it.

There is no doubt about how you will feel if a friend of yours accidentally comes across a mouse inside your home. If you find it embarrassing, then it’s nothing compared to having your own superiors, office buddies and associates knowing it. If you have mice in your home, these things cannot be avoided. And having your boss and officemates around your house cannot be helped either. Having to socialize with friends and office workers is part of our everyday routine and there’s nothing we can do about it.

It has come to pass that mice have become more audacious nowadays. Gone are the days that they scurry away at a moment’s notice when they spot us coming. In a way, we are to be blamed for this. We have gone complacent with them. We have always deferred doing action against them. The mice in return have used this negligence of us to their advantage. While we do nothing, they continue to grow in numbers. Before we know it, the mice infestation is already severe. That’s when we trip over ourselves finding a solution to the problem. This is one bad habit we need to cure ourselves.

There is simply a lot to learn if we intend to go after the mice on our own. We have to know the holing places of the mice. We have to flush them out of their hiding place to get at them. We need to know what kind of chemicals to use and the exact dosage. Remember that the chemicals can do you damage in exactly the same way it affects the mice. Mice control and extermination is not just a simple case of a run-and-gun affair. There is a science to it now. We must come to accept and live with it.

Don’t despair. The mice might have gotten the upper-hand but it does not mean we will just stand aside and do nothing about it. Definitely not. We can hire the experts to do the mice control and extermination for us. We don’t have to dirty our hands anymore to get rid of the vermin. We don’t even need to know anything about the mice or how to get rid of them. Everything will be taken care of.
